Even though the dealer is 3 hours from where I live, I decided to go with DeNooyer because I feel like I got the best deal out of any dealer around me. Damien was a pleasure to work with and always gave me a straight answer, no nonsense or tactics. The pick up process was seamless and they went out their way to ensure a timely and smooth delivery because of how far I drove to pick up the truck. Today my wife and I purchased a used 2019 Ram Limited. We drove over from Brunswick, Maine to purchase this gem. I had been looking for months for the perfect truck, and DeNooyer Chevrolet had it. Damien DeDonatis, and Lou Germano were extremely helpful in the buying process, and verifying the needed documents, insurance binders, etc. before making the 4.5 hour trip from Maine. What we found that was disturbing was that there were so many sales people not buyers who were not wearing their masks correctly. Either they need to be trained or if they were trained they need to be disciplined as the is a safety procedure that they were not following. When over 50 people are in the open office space, this needs to be addressed.

After purchasing a 2019 Sonic LT with Scott Fyvie September 2019, I came back to have my car serviced with a special incentive. Chris Aloisi was very helpful in the service department. Part of the incentive was to have the sales team assess the value of my car. Jamila Hammond was available to make that happen and I was in luck. Denooyer Chevrolet had one last 2020 Sonic in stock with the RS package. Jamila was able to get me into the new Sonic and it came with a 10yr/100k power train warranty, a Denooyer exclusive! I am disappointed that Chevrolet has dropped the Sonic from the line up, so I plan on keeping this 2020 for a while. Mike Demurs came to the rescue with a 7yr/60k Bumper to Bumper warranty for a very reasonable price. And finally Joe Annello was able to help me select a cargo mat and cargo net using my rewards points for my new car. Even though I was already familiar with the technology in th Sonic , Joe took the extra time to make sure, that everything was set for me. Finally, I said ‘goodbye’ to my 2019 Sonic and hello to my 2020 Sonic. Thank you to everyone at Denooyer for making two car sales a really happy experience!

I also worked with Joel who's super nice and helpful when it came to working a deal out, he really took all the factors into consideration and wanted to help me get to the price point that fit my budget. Bree was super professional when it came to the paperwork, knowledgeable with every document I had to sign and made it quick and easy. He listened to my girlfriends wishes while I was on phone and we agreed upon a new truck we liked. Better yet he had my vehicle ready later that night. I was shopping there a while ago and was working with Nicolas DeNooyer but decided to wait for the 2021 models thinking they were supposed to make major changes. That didn't happen because of COVID so i decided to buy a 2021 anyway. I kept Nicks business card and looked him up when i went in to shop. Dealing with Nick was a pleasure with no BS. To many dealers play games but this was a shopping experience as it should be. Everyone there was courteous and helpful. Kyrsten, your delivery specialist, took the time to sign us up for the GM programs and also paired our phones, Apple air play and On Star. For her hooking up our i phones she did in minutes would take me a long time and i am sure some frustration. I want to thank everyone for an enjoyable shopping experience. Dave
