We have owned 4 different model year tahoes. 2021 blows them all away. First of all, this vehicle handles like a small SUV. Feels way more responsive around tight curves and in tight spaces. This tahoe provides so much more space. Not only behind the third row but also in the third row. Enough room for two 6 ft plus guys to sit in the third row plus two large golf bags in the trunk. Impossible in my previous 2017 tahoe. All the tech features will blow you away. Between the wireless charging, mind blowing full surround camera, rear view mirror is now a camera, and a new dash that preforms like a tablet with tons of apps.. This vehicle checks all the boxes and then some. Way to go Chevy!

I recently had an large piece of wood run over by the vehicle in front of me, which caused several damages to my vehicle as it kicked up and came barreling down on my car. My insurance adjusted told me that due to the age of my VW (2009), my vehicle would likely be totaled out. So in preparation for the appraisal, I figured it couldn't hurt to look at vehicles to get my ducks in a row. I found the vehicle I liked. There was one at Denooyer and one at Depaula. I work for Cap Com and pride myself on customer service...And the service I received at Denooyer by Kyle is unmatched to any dealer I have ever dealt with. Kyle was courteous, respectful, honest and not afraid to tell me he didn't know the answer to my question to which he got me a timely answer. He wasn't intimidating. He didn't make me feel like a burden, with my endless questions or concerns. He was responsive and very knowledgeable. All too often, people are quick to complain about bad experiences and I feel it is important to recognize good service when it happens. Without a doubt I’ll be doing business with Denooyer Chevrolet for a long time. I’m a young guy in the trades that had a high mileage truck for the past couple of years and worked very hard to put my self in a position to get a new Chevy Silverado on loan. I always knew I would be going to Denooyer to get a truck not only because I have family members that work there but because I know just how premier their vehicles are. I got a 2015 Silverado LTZ and it’s one of the nicest truck I’ve ever seen or owned. My salesman Dave was great he was cool, laid back and gave me a great experience as a first time truck on loan buyer. He pulled up the truck I had inquired about and asked if I wanted to take it for a ride and I said No I’m actually trying to get out of here. What I really meant by that was I don’t need to take my truck for a test drive because I know just how quality Denooyer’s vehicles are and there is no need to prove that. The finance guys John and Mike gave me a great deal on my truck. Mike was also very cool and he told me things about my truck that I didn’t even know I had the luxury of. My truck drives so smooth I catch myself speeding because I don’t realize just how fast I’m going. Michelle who runs the insurance department was great and got me an affordable policy for my age. I inquired about my truck on a Tuesday and I went home with it on Friday after an hour with a detailed truck that had plates and is fully insured that’s how quickly the Denooyer team works. Tom Denooyer has a great quality business and will continue to be very successful with the team that he employs as well as the premier vehicles he puts out. I will tell anyone who I come into contact if your looking for a quality truck, sedan, SUV, or sport car go to Denooyer Chevrolet and I will specifically recommend the team I worked with in the sales, finance, and insurance department.

After purchasing a 2019 Sonic LT with Scott Fyvie September 2019, I came back to have my car serviced with a special incentive. Chris Aloisi was very helpful in the service department. Part of the incentive was to have the sales team assess the value of my car. Jamila Hammond was available to make that happen and I was in luck. Denooyer Chevrolet had one last 2020 Sonic in stock with the RS package. Jamila was able to get me into the new Sonic and it came with a 10yr/100k power train warranty, a Denooyer exclusive! I am disappointed that Chevrolet has dropped the Sonic from the line up, so I plan on keeping this 2020 for a while. Mike Demurs came to the rescue with a 7yr/60k Bumper to Bumper warranty for a very reasonable price. And finally Joe Annello was able to help me select a cargo mat and cargo net using my rewards points for my new car. Even though I was already familiar with the technology in th Sonic , Joe took the extra time to make sure, that everything was set for me. Finally, I said ‘goodbye’ to my 2019 Sonic and hello to my 2020 Sonic. Thank you to everyone at Denooyer for making two car sales a really happy experience!

Joe was very helpful and made the process quick and easy! However the car supposedly got a interior detail but it doesn’t look like it did. The dash board is dirty, floors are dirty, and when I lifted up the back seats there were leaves and snacks left over. Additionally when working with the sales man he said that he would take $400 off the price since the car did not have a tow hitch after the paperwork he gave us said a tow package was included. Additionally the paperwork said the car had Alpine stereo system when it did not. When we told salesman about the second error (the stereo ) he went back on his word and said he could no longer discount the price since we were still getting a good price. I found this to be very unprofessional since he told us the car had certain features that made up the price when the vehicle didn’t have them.

Exceptional staff service … highly recommend this dealership to others. Sales and finance departments promptly prepared all appropriate sales documents accurately as requested. Although we arrived at the dealership to only test drive one vehicle, which was not a Chevrolet product, all staff treated us with kindness and answered all of our questions. We are a family of Toyota SUVs (primarily 4-Runners), so the vehicle basically had already sold itself. A special appreciation to the dealership for holding the vehicle for us for 2-3 weeks for us, while we finished the closing on a home re-finance.

Business was very busy but I got an appointment to sit down with a sales rep the same morning I called in. I had the VIN of the vehicle I wanted to test and they got me in it right away. I knew exactly what I was willing to pay and what was a fare price. After a short back and forth I got the price I wanted after driving away just once. I did not like the fact that the work sheet numbers were different from the contract numbers. Pretty sure that’s just a standard confusion tactic. Too bad the business agent acknowledged the KBB price they would accept and I was sent the e-mail with their trade amount before the sales guy came back to the table (oops!). Pickup day was very painless and without any hiccups. I will go back there again in the spring to replace my wife’s car.
