3 weeks on and still waiting for my tonneau cover which I was supposed to get a call on the next day. If I don't stop in i'm sure i'll never get a call. Rushed through the whole process of picking up my truck.
Larry did a great job. He delt with the insurance company to get the job done correctly and was very easy to deal with.
Too many different people to deal with. Sales person , not automotive knowledgeable . Insisted windshield cracks were fixed, no way it had to be replaced Did not return phone calls or emails. Finally got me the owners manual two weeks later!

I just purchased my second pickup truck in about 5 years from DeNooyer with both experiences being top notch. In particular, Dave Mattice was extremely helpful and no-nonsense about getting me the best deal possible. With both sales being fully completed within about 24 hours. Service in between was top notch as well. I've purchased from other Chevy dealers in the area as well and DeNooyer is by far the best!

Didn't really feel appreciated. It felt like I was just another cog in the machine. I waited 4hrs. for my vehicle, was handed the keys, and that was it. No one went over the vehicle at all with me.

I was there about two months ago had appointment @8am left my car my car was parked never looked at the tech left in morning I called 7 times in which 5 were dropped calls finally spoke with someone who was only worried about my warranty time so I came because I had work @6am next day they never called said anything not even to get me a cutesy car nothing never came back

Denoyer Chevrolet is the most incompetent dealership I have ever been in. It took 5 months 3 visit and several complaints to GM corporate to get a simple warranty repair. When you walk into the service area the service advisers are the most unfriendly people I have ever seen, they look like they should be on a suicide watch. I did not find any one to be helpful or communicate at a level that a dealership of this size requires. I'm very disappointed and will never do business again at this amateur hour dealership

Shavar, the salesperson and Shaun, the finance manager, were both excellent to deal with. However when my vehicle was delivered to me the detailing on the interior was poorly done. The foot wells on both sides were dirty with ground in dirt on the drivers side. The door panel on the drivers side on the speaker cover and the lower portion of the interior panel were dirty. There’s no pressure when you’re dealing with DeNooyer . Every question we asked Shavar he had a good answer to when we told them we wanted to go home and think about it we were able to leave. I changed my mind on the color. It took them one week to get in the proper color everybody was fantastic to deal with.
