I scheduled an oil change (prepaid) and inspection online. I immediately received a call telling me I had to reschedule. After doing so, I broke my left hip and elbow in a sports accident. I was able to a relative to assist with driving from 6/18 to 6/24. However, after explaining my situation, no accomodation was offered. I will never return there again. I bought a Cadillac XT 5 with 4500 miles from there and was lied to about it. When I got there to pick it up, it had dents in the bumper that they forgot to tell me and a few other issues. After leaving the dealership I could tell that it needed an alignment. I purchased a vehicle through Denooyer Chevrolet for my grandson and it was the worst experience ever in the 45 years of buying due to the inexperienced sales man Justin LaBoy and his staff that he miscommunicated with. He should never be receiving commission on a sale that I completed without his knowledge. His response to every question was”I don’t know “ I took me over a week to obtain a vehicle which I did all the financial work for. Denooyer simply had to do paperwork! It was a difficult task for them to complete! Thanks to Justin !

My service appointment was for an Oil change and tire rotation. When I entered the check in Akiem was very professional asking if I planned on waiting for my vehicle. I answered I was. He asked me to go to the waiting room and he would come and get me when it was completed. Within an hour he came to tell me that all was fine and he handed me my keys and thanked me for coming in. I was very pleased with my appointment.

I was sold a lemon, serviced a lemon (awful service with awful communication) gave the car back to denooyer and haven't been to you in over a year. Not sure why I'm receiving this request for a review. My wheel literally fell off after you had serviced it telling me it was "safe to drive". Definitely will not be returning to have you service future vehicles. All trust was lost. Have since switched to Mangino and they have been absolutely phenomenal.
