Sales person Steve Fyvie was excellent. The rest not no much. Vehicle delivery was painful. It took a hour to put my old plates on the new vehicle and run my credit card. All the paperwork mind you was done before I arrived. They lost the second key and bed liner was not in stock so I took delivery of the vehicle without it. The vehicle prep was done quickly and that was apparent with haphazard wipe marks on the interior and shipping grease between panels. Called the dealership part department the day after delivery to see about the bed liner and no call back.

I even had a loose caliper bolt when I drove in and one of the boys in the shop came out and helped to put it in - even checking the other ones without asking. I purchased a vehicle through Denooyer Chevrolet for my grandson and it was the worst experience ever in the 45 years of buying due to the inexperienced sales man Justin LaBoy and his staff that he miscommunicated with. He should never be receiving commission on a sale that I completed without his knowledge. His response to every question was”I don’t know “ I took me over a week to obtain a vehicle which I did all the financial work for. Denooyer simply had to do paperwork! It was a difficult task for them to complete! Thanks to Justin !
